St Nicholas Collegiate Chapel

in Galway, built in 1320, is most interesting. It has memorials to soldiers who were killed in action in far flung places and lots of interesting items and information going back through the centuries. It is where the orchestra gave its Sunday afternoon recital to a small but appreciative audience. Given that this was the first dry, bright Sunday this year - even since last October - I dont blame anyone for not coming indoors!
